Rianna Bowen

Biography: 

Rianna is a Registered Professional Archaeologist with a BA from UC Santa Cruz and an MA from Louisiana State University, both in Anthropology/Archaeology. She began working as a field technician in 2014 and has worked in Belize for 8 field seasons. Rianna has done contract archaeology across the United States with the most recent time spent in Louisiana. She has been the field lead on many large scale forest service surveys through private companies. Rianna began working for CRF during the summer of 2021, while completing her MA. With CRF she has worked as a crew lead on multiple projects and is skilled in artifact identification and analysis, site recordation, mapping and report writing.
