The Cultural Resources Facility’s (CRF) cultural resources management staff, including archaeologists, architectural historians, and other specialists, provide a wide variety of consulting services to meet client needs. We specialize in project compliance with historic preservation laws and regulations under federal, state, and local jurisdiction. Our staff is experienced in the full range of historic specialties, and each of our principal staff meets the Secretary of the Interior's Professional Qualifications (36 CFR 61) in their respective disciplines. CRF staff has the personnel, facilities, and equipment necessary to complete a variety of tasks in an efficient and timely manner including: project inventory, site mapping, excavation, NAGPRA assistance, historical research, identification and management of cultural resources as dictated by federal and state laws, determining eligibility of sites to the California Register of Historic Resources, the National Register of Historic Places, and as Traditional Cultural Properties, Ethnographic Consulting, and construction monitoring.
